INGREDIENTS:

10-12 Cups popped popcorn

1/2 Cup unsalted butter

2/3 Cup brown sugar

1/3 Cup flour

1/4 Tsp. Salt

1 Tsp. vanilla

1/2 Cup mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place popcorn in a large bowl and remove any unpopped kernels.
  2. Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a paper towel. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until melted.
  3. Add brown sugar, flour, salt & vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Pour over popcorn and stir to coat.
  5. Add chocolate chips and stir again. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
